Trainings are one of the most affected activities during this period of the COVID -19 Pandemic.

Therefore, FVA Ministries plans to print and distribute training manuals that are related to Adolescent Sexual Reproductive Health. In collaboration with the local authorities, Peer Educators will be identified within communities to receive he training manuals.

In the next FY 2021-2022 (July – August 2021), the same Peer Educators will be trained on the content of the training manuals via a TOT (Training of Trainers). FVA will design a structured way of how the ToT will disseminate/ conduct the cascade trainings to other youth based in the communities.

In the process, FVA will give priority to districts that have a low prevalence rate of facility deliveries and utilization of modern contraceptives. The manual consolidates all of the basic information about Adolescent Sexual Reproductive Health and Rights. FVA believe that giving this manual to a cadre of youth will help to promote reproductive health practices for adolescents, promote sexual reproductive health rights and raise awareness on the use of modern contraceptives by youth who can’t abstain.
