Resources with Area of Focus: HIV and AIDS

  • The Rwanda Public Health Bulletin is a publication of Ministry of Health in Rwanda. This publication was created as a way to share timely and useful medical research findings for health professionals, researchers, and policy makers.

    The Bulletin was officially inaugurated by Honarable Minister of Health Dr Diane Gashumba at Kigali Serena Hotel in March 2019.

    Issue #3 highlights on the ICASA 2019 Rwanda and insights on how Rwanda Achieved the 90-90-90 UNAIDS targets.

  • This leaflet, produced by the Rwanda Ministry of Health, provides information on HIV.

    The leaflet covers the following topics:

    • What is the relationship between HIV/AIDS and other sexually transmitted diseases?

  • Rwanda National Health Research Registry is an integrated database of medical research carried out in Rwanda.

    The research reports that are included were analysed, presented, and approved by National Health Research Committee.

  • The main objective of the 2014-15 Rwanda Demographic and Health Survey (RDHS) was to obtain current information on demographic and health indicators, including family planning; maternal mortality; infant and child mortality; nutrition status of mothers and children; prenatal care, delivery, and postnatal care; childhood diseases; and pediatric immunization.
