Rwanda Biomedical Center (RBC) is a Rwandan Government Organization affiliated with the Ministry of Health. It implements policies and strategies set forth by the Ministry of Health. RBC seeks to promote quality, affordable and sustainable health care services to the population through innovative and evidence-based interventions and practices guided by ethics and professionalism.

The Umbrella of Organisations of Persons with Disabilities in the Fight against HIV/AIDS & for Health Promotion (UPHLS) is a non-government organization operating in 30 districts of Rwanda. It was officially recognized as a non-profit organization by the ministerial order nr 499/08 in 1962, and became a non-governmental organization according to the law no 06/2012 of 17/02/2012 governing the management and governance of religion-based institutions in Rwanda.
